Preseason runs from October to December 2023

You can access the Big Time Preseason if you meet one of the following:

Have redeemed a Gold/Silver/Jade Pass before the launch of Preseason
Are a SPACE holder before Oct. 10th 2023
Achieved Rank 20 in any patch prior to the release of Preseason
Gained an access pass from a valid Twitch streamer

Early access passes and their benefits

If these do not apply to you, you can still get an Access Key by joining giveaways or raffles. Head over to the Merit Circle Discord as we sometimes give out Access Keys.

Once you've got your Access Key, it's time to join the Preseason. This limited-time event introduces new features and content to the game, offering you a chance to experience exciting updates before the official launch.

The Preseason lets you experience new adventures filled with epic battles, a Crafting System using materials and $BIGTIME, Mystery Boxes containing various items and materials, and Prestige Portals offering more challenge and excitement for the higher-level players.

Big Time is downloaded, installed, and played on PC. Here are the system requirements that you’ll be needing as a prerequisite for playing the game:

Once you have your Access Key, you need to download the game in order to join the Preseason:

Go to https://www.bigtime.gg/download and click Download. You will be prompted to download the Open Loot Launcher. Choose the destination folder and click Save.

Go to the game's official website and click Download.

Once the Open Loot Launcher has finished downloading, run the application. Your PC will prompt you with “Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?” Click Yes.
Then, the Open Loot Launcher Setup window will appear. Choose the destination folder where you want to install the Launcher, and click Install.
When the installation is complete, click Finish.

To create a new account, you can sign in using Google, Twitch, or Discord. Enter your account information and password.
Choose your country of residence and enter your date of birth (you must be at least 13 years old to create an account).
Pick a username for your account.

You will be prompted to set up a Two-Factor Authentication using either Phone Verification or an Authenticator App (such as Authy or Google Authenticator). You can do this now or later.
If you already have an account, you can skip the account creation process and sign into Open Loot immediately.
Upon signing in, you will be redirected to the Open Loot home page on your browser, and you will be prompted to run the Open Loot Launcher app.

Upon account creation, Open Loot prompts the user to set up their 2FA as an additional layer of security. It is also a requirement for purchasing, selling, and withdrawing funds. It can be done using Phone Verification or an Authenticator App.

Now that you know about the pre-requirements and you’ve downloaded the Open Loot Launcher, here is a step-by-step process to install the game Big Time on your PC.

Once you have opened the Open Loot Launcher, click the game Big Time on the left menu, then click Install.
Choose the folder where you want to install the game Big Time, then click Install.

Click Install to begin installation

Choose install location on your PC

Wait for the program to finish installation. It might take a while depending on your device and your connection.
Once the installation is done, you can run the program and start playing Big Time on your PC!
