About the Game#Copy URL to this article section
Big Time is a free-to-play multiplayer action RPG built on the Ethereum blockchain. In the game, you get to explore through time and space while engaging in fast-action combat. You can also pick up digital collectibles and tokens as you defeat enemies.
The Story#Copy URL to this article section
Time is dying and destroying planets across the universe, and everyone seeks refuge in Time’s End. However, due to overpopulation, a company called Paradox Corporate starts selling Timeshares—pockets of universes that let you travel through time as long as you are willing to pay the price. When the residents start to realize that Paradox might be to blame for messing with time and the consequences that come along with it, the greatest minds in history join together and establish Evermore Academy. With Albert Einstein as the headmaster, the institution assembles heroes to go on missions in order to restore order in the universe. You, the player, get to pick your character class, choose weapons and armor for battle, change timelines as you please, and work with other players to accomplish missions and be rewarded.

Let’s talk more about the most important aspect of the game: character classes.
There are four character classes in Big Time: Time Warriors, Quantum Fixers, Chronomancers, and Shadowblades. When you start playing, you can choose your starting class. Afterwards, you can still switch to different classes by changing the timeline (using a Pocket Watch). This way, you can experience the game using all four classes in different timelines.
Character classes will determine your playing style. Being able to change your character class allows you to play the class your party needs the most when you enter dungeons.

Time Warriors#Copy URL to this article section
Time Warriors are aggressive and use brute force to dominate their opponents. They are the party’s tanks as they can take heavy hits from enemies to keep the rest of the team safe. They attack in close range and boast the greatest potential damage.

Quantum Fixers#Copy URL to this article section
Quantum Fixers are the party’s healers. They specialize in reviving teammates who are down and providing healing when health is low. They can also provide backup firepower through artillery, and can boost attack, movement speed, magic damage, mitigation, cool down reduction, and energy regeneration of their teammates.

Chronomancers#Copy URL to this article section
Chronomancers are the mages who can deal blows to multiple targets at once from a distance. Because they specialize in magic, they can master the paths of ice, fire, or lightning. Despite their low defense, their attacks have high precision, and they can slow down enemies within a certain radius.

Shadowblades#Copy URL to this article section
Shadowblades come from a line of ninja assassins who boast lightning speed and stealth. They can set traps and deliver quick deaths to their enemies. Despite their low defense, they can kill enemies with a single blow and scout the area at top speed so the party can finish their objectives quickly.

The Battlemancer merges the raw power of the Time Warrior with the arcane mastery of the Chronomancer, delivering a blend of offensive might and magical precision. To unlock this elite class, players must advance their Time Warrior or Chronomancer pocket watch to level 30, where they will embark on an exclusive quest.

Pocket Watches and Gears#Copy URL to this article section
Pocket Watches are items that allow you to change timelines in order to shift into a different class or start from level 1 with the same class but with boosted stats. Within each Pocket Watch that you use is a self-contained character and inventory with their own stats and skills.
For example, a player has two Pocket Watches: the first one is a starter Shadowblade Pocket Watch that contains a level 10 character with skills and stats, and the second one is a Chronomancer Pocket Watch that contains a level 20 character with its own skills and stats.
Pocket Watches have varying rarities which can determine how many Gears can be attached to it.
Gears can be attached to Pocket Watches
Gears are items that augment your character’s capabilities by giving them stat boosts or unlocked skills. Gears also have rarities—the higher the rarity, the more skills are unlocked or more stats are boosted.
Pocket Watch Level#Copy URL to this article section
Your current character’s level is bound to your Pocket Watch. It is displayed on the upper-left hand corner of your screen beside your character symbol. In the example below, 17 is the Pocket Watch level. This means that you can only equip weapons, armor, and gears that require a pocket watch level of 17 or below.
Pocket Watch Level
You can increase your Pocket Watch Level by gaining experience points through fighting monsters in the dungeon.
Dungeons are places where you accomplish missions with your party, battle monsters, loot items, and possibly get NFTs. The game recommends having six members in your party.
To enter a dungeon, you need to look for a portal. The entrance will indicate what enemies are inside that dungeon, the recommended level of the characters, and the maximum number of people who can enter. Portals appear randomly in Time’s End, and they are only available for a limited amount of time.
Entering a dungeon through a portal
When you enter a dungeon, your party will be given three tasks. The last task is always a boss fight. You get rewards when you finish all three tasks.
Rank is the level of your account. This number is determined by adding up all the experience points of your characters across different timelines. For example, if you have a Shadowblade character (inside your Shadowblade Pocket Watch) with 50000 total experience points, and a Chronomancer character (inside your Chronomancer Pocket Watch) with 100000 total experience points, then your rank will be calculated based on 150000 experience points.
Rank is used to determine what Pocket Watches you can equip.
Stats are important in the game as they determine what your character can do.
Agility | Agility increases your Evasion and Movement Speed in order to avoid enemies and accomplish missions more quickly. |
Dexterity | Dexterity increases your Evasion and Accuracy so you can target enemies better during battles. |
Wisdom | Wisdom increases your Max Energy and your Energy Regen Rate that allows you to cast more spells. |
Intelligence | Intelligence increases your Max Energy and Magical Damage attributes so you can deal more damage with your spells. |
Strength | Strength increases your Max Health and Non-Magical Damage that are useful in battles. |
Vitality | Vitality increases your Max Health and your Elemental Resistance. |
Every time your level increases, you are given Stat points that you can assign to yourself.

Each dungeon shows the recommended classes in the party. Take note of these recommendations and change timelines accordingly (if possible).
Recommended Classes
The item drops in the dungeons are different for each party member (the other players cannot see the ones that you see on your screen). You can share these items with party members by clicking Share or picking them up and dropping them again.
Rewards Chest
You can use items such as Summon Portals or Town Portals to make it easier to move around.
More people in your party means more loot from dungeons. Aim to always have 6 members in your party before entering a dungeon!
You can join servers with a high population (typically, Frankfurt has the highest population) and join parties with higher levels than you. This way, you get to level up more easily!
Town Portal
Rewards chests inside dungeons have indicated levels. These chests can only be opened by a character who is the same level or higher.
